PRESIDENT & CEO

Nicole Kasabian Evans built her 25-year communications career by striving for excellence, adhering to objectives, developing disciplined, strategic approaches to advocacy, and employing the right tactics and tools at the right time. 

Through her firm, Nicole creates and runs effective public affairs, issue-based and communications campaigns on behalf of corporate, non-profit, public agency and trade association clients.

Over the course of her career, Nicole established her specialty in strategic communications and media relations for complex policy and political issues. Through her work, she dives deep into an issue to understand its policy and political implications and to establish a solid foundation when working with reporters and key stakeholders.

Nicole has been steeped in California politics and policy, working on political campaigns, for governors and state government, and for advocacy organizations. She has spent much of her career building communications programs from scratch for her employers and clients.

Based in Sacramento, California, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a PR emphasis.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Andrea Duarte is an emerging young professional with experience in strategic coalition building, grassroots campaigning, and political and policy communications. 

She has worked on campaigns ranging from state and local races to national races in California, Washington D.C and Louisiana. She has worked extensively building Latino coalitions in California and across the U.S.  Andrea has successfully produced and coordinated national events among key stakeholders bringing a diverse skill set and approach to her communications strategies.
